1. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within a few minutes of placing the order and before food preparation has started.

Once the food preparation process begins, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

• Wrong item delivered

• Missing items in the order

• Food quality issue

• Damaged or spilled order during delivery

• Duplicate payment or failed transaction

Refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof or order details.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Incorrect delivery address provided by customer

• Delay caused due to traffic, weather, or external conditions

• Change of mind after order preparation

• Minor taste or spice preference issues

• Orders marked delivered successfully

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds may be provided through bank transfer or store credit.

5. Returns Policy

As food items are perishable in nature, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted once delivered.

However, if there is a major issue with the order, our support team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, the amount is usually auto-refunded by the payment gateway or bank within a few business days.
